We find artists whose work deserves a wider audience and share it through thoughtful curation, storytelling, and targeted campaigns. Our quarterly artist residency gives you a closer look at their work and the ideas behind it, while helping artists reach people who are genuinely excited to collect it.
Because artists don’t just need exposure. They need audiences. And great art deserves to be lived with.
About MAJEST/
Hi, I’m Mandy.
I’m an artist, curator, and professor. I started MAJEST/ because I believe more people would fall in love with collecting art if they had a way in that accesible.
I have an MFA in Studio Art from American University, and I’ve spent years working with artists, organizing exhibitions, and bringing people into conversations about art. In 2018, I founded SENSE Gallery as a pop-up space for exhibitions, critiques, workshops, and the kind of exchanges that can happen when people feel welcome to show up and get curious. I’ve also worked as a gallery director and independent curator.
That experience shaped what I want MAJEST/ to be. I know how much thought and labor artists put into their work. I also know how easy it is for someone to assume the art world isn’t for them, even when a particular work could mean so much in their life.
MAJEST/ is my way of bringing those people together. I want to help artists find audiences who connect with what they make, and help you find art that makes your home feel more like yours.
